No, you're kinda missing the point. When submitting songs, you make a legal claim that it's 100% your own work. Basically meaning, if for example Linkin Park saw that you used parts of their copyrighted work in your song, they could sue you to hell and back. Remixes are allowed if you re-made the songs from scratch, without using any parts of the original except the notes, and then you would still have to say who's song it really is.
